How It Works

Step 1: Online Skill Assessment

Students start with an online skill assessment to evaluate their skills, interests, and career goals. This assessment determines whether they begin with Level One or Level Two workshops, ensuring personalized support tailored to their needs.


Step 2: Complete Workshops

Based on their assessment, students complete workshops focused on key skills like leadership, communication, résumé building, and interview techniques. Successful completion earns them an endorsement from Rise Business Partners, which they can proudly include on their résumé.


Step 3: Job Matching (For North Georgia Residents)

Students local to North Georgia are entered into our job matching pool, where they are connected with local businesses seeking qualified candidates. Placement opportunities are based on their skills, experience, and workshop performance.


Step 4: Placement and Ongoing Support

We continue supporting both students and employers to ensure a smooth transition and sustained growth. Although we strive to find placements for all students, we remain committed to exploring alternative options if necessary.
