Johanna Nistal – Founder & CEO
With an extensive background in learning and development within Corporate America, Johanna Nistal has seen firsthand how professional acumen has shifted over the last decade. Recognizing a need to realign the focus on foundational skills, she transitioned from corporate to high school education, determined to give students the training and support they need to thrive in today’s evolving job market. By collaborating with top behavioral therapists, career counselors, and mentors in Forsyth County, Johanna and her team ensure that Rise Business Partners provides students with the real-world skills and confidence to step into their careers prepared and empowered.
